34 * Support for (8-bit) locale-based character sets, including
35   translation of iso-8859-1 accented characters to html entities for
36   Pueblo, the accent() and stripaccents() functions, and the NOACCENTS
37   flag.
38 * Support for locale-based date/time formats
39 * Support for locale-based message sets for translations of server
40   messages. There are active translation teams (and you can join!)
41   and several languages have practically complete translation files
42   available from the PennMUSH ftp site.

44 * The ability to alias command and function names, so you can generate
45   a set of translated commands/functions.
