Web site, translations stuff

Description

Hi, devs.

1. Someone pointed out to me that the links to the Guide for
Gods on www.pennmush.org are broken. Can you fix?

2. We never quite got around to figuring out how I would
deliver new translations to you. How about setting up an
svn area for translations to which I can commit, and
I'll set up my scripts to do that whenever there's new
translations to make .po files from?

Best,

 Alan

Ok, better idea.

I'm just going to start commit'ing translation .pox files
into the po/ directory so they'll be distributed along with
each penn release. They're not that big, it's pretty standard
for unix software these days, I can do it right now with
no action needed on your part, and if you hate the idea, you
can blame Walker for agreeing that it made sense. :)

Cheers,

 Alan
